Harvey Zeve
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding the firm in 1984, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Senior Portfolio Manager at C.S. McKee in Pittsburgh. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic, Mr. Zeve is a member of the Rensselaer Board of Trustees and past President of the Alumni Association, and in 2003 he received the Distinguished Service Award, the highest honor given an alumnus. He has written many articles on balanced investing and the intelligent use of mutual funds in portfolios. Mr. Zeve is a recipient of the American Jewish Committee National Humans Relations Medallion and has been active in many community non-profit organizations.

J. Stephen Lee
President
Prior to joining Zeve Associates Mr. Lee owned and operated an oil and gas exploration company in Louisiana, where he managed private and corporate funds and discovered and operated five oil fields. Mr. Lee is a graduate of Brown University, with a Masters in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. He is current Chair of the Board of Trustees of Shady Side Academy, past President of the Shady Side Academy Alumni Council, an Elder of the Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church, and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania where he Chaired the Finance Committee. He has been quoted in publications including the Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, the Pittsburgh Tribune Review and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. |

J. Patricia Calhoun
Treasurer
Prior to helping found Zeve Associates, Mrs. Calhoun was an Investment Manager for C.S. McKee, and director of the Operations Division in New York City. A graduate of University of Dayton, Mrs. Calhoun has taught calculus and trigonometry at the college level, and earned her CFP designation. She also has become skilled in the utilization of computers in the portfolio management arena. |

Ronald W. Yost
Vice President
Member of the Investment Committee
He brings to our firm a wide range of experience as an investment adviser and a reputation for providing first rate service to clients. Prior to joining Zeve Associates he was formerly a Vice President of Charles Schwab and Manager of Schwab’s Monroeville office. He also held investment advisory positions at TD Waterhouse, Parker Hunter and Mellon Financial. Mr. Yost graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.A., concentrating in statistics and math. |
